  • 6 ounces plain low-fat greek yogurt (or one of those individual cups)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas (ripe)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

    I’ve made these several times now, always with great success. My husband loves them, and they help keep him healthy.

    Great recipe. My hubby loves these. I reduce the amount of honey to 1/4 cup and try to use egg white to replace one of the eggs if I have it on hand. 2 1/4 cups oat flour. Definitely measure the yogurt. I use 4 oz. Add a touch of salt. Keeps nicely in fridge.
