These blondies were a big hit. I doubled the recipe and baked about 15 minutes more than suggested time. Super easy to make and delicious.

First time using gluten free flour. Easy and delicious! I had to extend the cooking time by about 10 minutes.

Very good! I have limited experience with gluten free baked goods. This recipe was easy to follow and came out great.

There's no way you can get 9 pieces of what you see in the photo by mixing those ingredients. I had to add another egg, more butter and finely ground hazelnut to be able to have more than two servings. Having said that, it tastes so good that I'll have it on my list of favourite desserts. Just adjust the recipe to your needs.

Half hour was not long enough in my oven. Put it back in for a little while. tastes good though
