- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. light brown sugar (packed)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. milk (at room temperature)
- 1.5 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips (miniature)
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk (try using my recipe for homemade sweetened condensed milk, including a dairy free option!)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 pt. heavy whipping cream (chilled)
- 2 oz. chocolate chunks (semi-sweet, optional)
