  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup bananas (mashed VERY ripe, about 2 medium-sized bananas, peeled and mashed)
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind, at room temperature)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • 1/2 vanilla bean (or 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract)
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (in place of 6 tablespoons)
  • 1 egg (50 g, weighed out of shell + 2 egg whites, 50 g in place of 2 eggs)
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 2 cups milk
