- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Place the mashed bananas, canola oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until smooth and combined.

Came out a tiny bit on the drier side. I've added a couple of table spoons of apple sauce and cream cheese to moisten it up. Reduced sugar and added another bananna.

Added 1/3 cup sugar instead of 1/2 and It was perfect! Definitely making it again:)))

It tastes really good, very moist...but too sweet for me. I would cut out some sugar too.

By far, the best gluten free banana bread recipe. It was done in 43 minutes. For my taster, I thought it was a little too sweet. I would cut some of the white sugar. But I still think this deserves 5 stars.

I made this with my youngest daughter that is 13 and it turned out great. Devine as my daughter would say!! We also added extra bananas so it was a little mushy at first but it really made it moist which tasted better. We will be making rhis again.
