    This is delicious! Banana bread is my specialty, but I couldn't make my regular recipe cuz I didn't have buttermilk. So impressed with this new recipe. It's just like it with sour cream instead. Everyone loved it!

    This banana bread turned out perfect. I’ve always made banana bread but now my husband has been diagnosed with celiac disease so we have gone gluten free. I was worried how this was going to turn out because I’ve never used gluten free flower. My husband said he didn’t notice a difference

    Amazing! I left the chocolate chips out and added cinnamon and ground ginger (1/2 tsp each) and it turned out great! I will definitely make again!

    I have tried Gluten-free banana bread many times but it has never turned out. But this recipe was PERFECT! I would really recommend.

    This was a fantastic recipe! I did freeze the bananas beforehand and added them in chunks to the egg mixture, but next time I would let them thaw a little bit then mash them with a fork in a separate bowl beforehand adding them to the mixture. The chocolate chips sunk to the bottom because the batter was a little thinner than a with-gluten recipe, but it still tasted delicious. I baked it for the full 70 minutes. Would recommend this banana bread!
