  • 1/2 cup greek style plain yogurt (dairy- or plant-based)
  • 1/3 cup apple juice (preferably fresh pressed)

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted, you may substitute an equal amount of butter or a dairy-free butter substitute if you prefer)
