- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1 apple (peeled and chopped into small pieces)
- frosting (Coconut cream)
- 1 can full fat coconut milk (stored in the fridge prior)
