- 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard seeds (whole)
- 2 tsp. mexican seasoning blend (or another blend of your choice, see Notes)
- 15 oz. cannellini beans (drained and rinsed, 1-1/2 cups)
- 20 brussels sprouts (ends trimmed, cut in half lengthwise)
- 1 bunch curly kale (6-8 large leaves)
- 1 bunch chard (4-6 large leaves)
