- 1 block firm tofu (no need to press it)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. mirin
- 1 drop rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cold water (whisked with 1 tsp cornstarch)
