Very good, though I felt that my large sauté pan was still not big enough for the chicken breasts and potatoes. I ended up cooking the potatoes on their own longer. The chicken breasts also were a little undercooked after 25 minutes in the oven (10 mins covered + 15 mins uncovered) (maybe because of the crowded pan.

I made the chicken (thigh and leg together) last night it was delicious. I did add 2 more cloves of garlic. I also increased the cooking time by 5-7 minutes in the skillet and in the oven. Both covered and uncovered in the oven I increased cooking time by about 10 minutes. I will definitely make this recipe again.

Chopping the potatoes a little smaller definitely helped. Good simple dish to make.

the balsamic marinade was delicious and the chicken came out great. however the potatoes would not cook right. i cooked them longer than suggested by 10 minutes ans still hard. i ended up having burn thr balsamic in order to get them the right texture. next time i will bake them seprately in a glass dish
