- 1 green onion
- 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 2 slices ginger
- 2 dried chili pepper
- 10 whole seeds (Sichuan peppercorn, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar (optional)
