  • 1/2 cup nuts (sliced, toasted)
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 1 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger (grated, I keep it in the freezer and use a microplane)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. herbs (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. greek yogurt (or sour cream, optional)
