- 1/3 cup lingonberries (lightly thawed if frozen)

- 60 grams butter (at room temperature)

- 100 grams soft goat cheese
- 1 vanilla pod (seeds scraped out)
- 1/2 lemon juice (juice of 1/2 lemon)
