- 30 grams whey protein (scoops, I used Whey Gourmet vanilla)
- 3 egg whites
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce (1 snack pack)
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/2 unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
