  • 30 grams whey protein (scoops, I used Whey Gourmet vanilla)
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce (1 snack pack)
  • 1/3 cup molasses
  • 1/2 unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
