- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted, plus extra for greasing muffin tin)
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. turbinado sugar (for sprinkling on top of each muffin, optional)
