- 1 batch gingerbread (your favourite, recipe see mine below)
- 250 grams chocolate cream cheese ( , I use Philadephia)
- 8 green grapes (optional: spray with gold edible spray)
- 14 kiwis
- 3/4 cup maraschino cherries
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 340 grams candy melts (package of chocolate, I use Wilton, which I buy from Michael's Arts & Crafts)
- 4 rolls (to otsie)
- gingerbread (recipe from the cookbook "Gingerbread: Things to Make and Bake")
- 6 3/4 cups flour (I only use 6 cups- I live in a very dry climate)
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
- 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar (packed)
- 1 cup margarine
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- icing (/powdered sugar)
