it was ok, i think 4 bananas would be better as i didn't get much banana flavor. Alsi maybe some nuts wiuld be nice next time. But overall it was ok.

Don't know what happened but it came out very dry and actually seemed to lack on something with flavor. Pulled it out at 45 minutes so maybe should have baked less time. I did make a couple substitutions with using unsweetened applesauce instead of butter/oil and white whole wheat flour, but that has never made a difference before. Probably won't make this again.

best banana bread! i made a couple of changes, i swapped 1 cup of the white flour for oat flour and added a half cup of chopped black walnuts and used canola oil instead of butter oil. i have made it twice now and its perfect every time. thank you for your receipe!
