Turned out really well, great texture. But I did have to cook it about 15-20 minutes longer than the recipe said.

Delicious- my first attempt at homemade gingerbread. I am not good at baking but this turned out perfectly soft and moist, not sticky.

This tasted soo good! It had a perfectly moist and delicate consistency, and had a wonderful flavor! We added a dollop of whipped cream on top for an extra something.

Really good - I did not have molasses so I substituted maple syrup. I think I will try again with all the correct ingredients. Kids loved it!

It is very moist and very rich. I will definitely add it to my favorites. Reminds me of my childhood when my mother made homemade lemon sauce to top it off!,

Best gingerbread I've ever made. It's even better than my Grandma's. Sorry Grandma, but it's true. Super moist and full of flavor. Delicious!

My kids loved it as did I, best with homemade whipped cream. Next time I will lessen the molasses, it was a little too strong.

Excellent. And a great way to use extra buttermilk that's in your refrigerator. Oh My God, you will not look for another gingerbread recipe.
