- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 inch fresh ginger (peeled)
- 3 green onions
- 1/2 lb. shrimp (peeled and deveined, If frozen, thaw them first)
- 2 lb. udon noodles (fresh, not dried Japanese, I buy a bag that has 4, 200g individual packs – similar to this one)
- 1 red pepper (medium, seeds removed and thinly sliced)
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 pinch white pepper
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- sesame seeds (optional but nice to add)
- 1/2 Tbsp. beef bouillon powder
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
