It was good…I cooked each side on a non-stick pan (high heat) for 60 seconds (each side) but that didn’t seem long enough, so I gave it another minute each side…probably only needed an additional 30-45, but it was great. Alot of smoke from the oil though…as expected.

We loved this one! It was quick and easy and the marinade tool about 10 minutes to prep and the cook was quick and easy.

Works well with Cobia ( probably because it’s got pinkish-white flesh like the Tuna)!

Delicious! Just get a thick steak if you want it to stay pink after the 2 min of cooking.

Very good! I didn’t have fresh ginger so looked up appropriate ground ginger substitute. Good, but will be sure to have fresh on hand next time.

Super easy and quick to whip up. And added bonus the directions suggests the teriyaki green beans... I didnt have any green beans so I used whatever veggies that was in the fridge (which were broccoli, califlower, carrots, bell peppers and onions). Perfect side suggestion to the perfect tuna steak recipe. Even my young kids ate it all. YUM!

Made this last night and it is truly excellent. Easy to prepare and very tasty. Cooking time was right on the dot. We love seared tuna and this was as good as any restaurant we’ve eaten. Definitely a keeper.
Oh, almost forgot. Made the teriyaki string beans, too. Very tasty!
