Tempeh was lovely, but I'm glad I marinated it the whole day, it's definitely worth it. To make it a meal, I added sugar snaps and pearl barley. Would make it again. Only thing that didn't work was making it into a wrap. Ended up just putting it on top of lettuce (iceberg).used more carrot and had 4 portions.
