  • 1 cup farro (cooked)
  • 1 inch ginger (nub, minced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 handful parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil (not toasted)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Orange (sliced for squeezing on top of individual portions, garnish)
