- 5 roots (small parsley, halved, you can sub extra carrots for this if necessary)
- 1 cup farro (cooked)
- 1 inch ginger (nub, minced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 handful parsley (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil (not toasted)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 1 Orange (sliced for squeezing on top of individual portions, garnish, optional)
