It’s a great base next time I’ll only add 1/4 teaspoon of the finely ground Himalayan salt I had in the grinder. I doubled the maple syrup (4tbs). I’ll make it again for sure. I’m sure if I used honey it would have only taken 1-2 tbs.
It was perfect for this warm spinach & papaya salad

So good!! I added quite a bit more ginger, but this is def the best dressing I've made. Highly recommend!!
