Really like the taste of this recipe. However, it is annoying that the measurement for carrots was not more precise. A search of the internet yields of myriad of conversions for carrots. Unfortunately, not helpful for this recipe. Packaged carrots are sold by the pound. Since I used 2 pounds of baby carrots seasoning was an estimate. Got a little more sauce. No problem. But I suspect I could have used more ginger. Otherwise, was good
