Subbed some local ground beef I had, but otherwise followed the instructions. I served the burgers sliced over a chopped green salad. Turned out great!

Delicious! One of the best burgers! I used ground thigh turkey instead and didn’t have time for the glaze it was still spectacular!

I make it as meatballs rather than patties. I'd never tried miso before and now I have it as often as possible. I serve the meatballs with salad, either hot or cold. Once cooked, they freeze well too.
