- 8 oz. firm tofu (cubes)
- 1 tangerine (peeled, sliced)
- 1 cup brown rice (cooked)
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil (for the pan, or just use water if you prefer)
- 1 Tbsp. tamari (use less or a low-sodium option for lower sodium)
- 1 Tbsp. white miso paste
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- water (optional:, to thin sauce)

added a bunch more vegetables (water chestnuts, baby corn, shiitake mushrooms, carrots) to make it more interesting, but the dressing was incredible!! turned out great

I added eggplant, zuchinni, and carrot. I also altered the sauce just a bit with some garlic crunch from the Asian supermarket. It was delicuous! My husband loved it.
