- 1 bunch mint (for garnish; plus extra for bourbon)
- 8 cups water
- 1/2 cup mint leaves

- The night before, place 5 mint sprigs into your bottle of bourbon.
- In a large punch bowl filled with ice, combine bourbon, simple syrup and ginger ale.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
