    This recipe is fantastic. It take a while longer than what is said in the time estimate but it is 100% worth the time and effort. It was a sweet but spicy flavour with a tang of the lemongrass and ginger. The sirarcha sauce wasn’t overpoweringly spicy but it added great flavour to the Teriyaki sauceI found it best to serve with stir-fry veggies. 5/5 would cool again

    Very good, Everyone enjoyed it. I marinated chicken all day and served with noodles and red peppers and thin sliced carrots.

    Super easy and very tasty. My family loved it. My 18 month old was dancing in her chair lol! I couldn't find any lemongrass in my supermarket so I substituted with lemon zest.

    Really nice, I cheated and bought a shop based teriyaki sauce as I didn't want to get mirin for one dish, but the marinade was lovely and it worked
