Simple and delicious! Followed per the directions. But I also put it under the broiler for 3 mins to get that extra char on top. it was PERFECTION!

I used fish sauce instead of oyster sauce, no salt, with only 30 minutes marinated and it turned out nicely.

This didn’t turn out the way I thought it would. It was not bad, just not what I hoped. I will try it again. I think, I thought the honey, ginger, and garlic would sparkle more. I think marinating it longer might work. As I said, I will try again.

I found it a little bit too sweet, less honey would have been fone, but in general is delicious and easy to make

this is my go to salmon recipe. even my 7 year old son loves it. He gets so excited when he finds out its on the dinner menu.

The salmon was excellent! The marinade was delicious! I served it on top of brown rice with roasted brussel sprouts. Will make again!!

At the 15 min mark, I took the salmon out and placed it under the broiler for about 3 min. Save a little bit of the marinade so you can glaze it right before broiling!
