This is absolutely delicious! This combo has always been the my preferred lobster sauce! Never fails!

This is dumb. There is no cooking involved, so the ginger never gets a chance to open up. The rice vinegar completely overpowers everything. Definitely grate the ginger, pull back on the vinegar, and maybe throw some wasabi paste in there. Have fun with it!!
