So , so good The key is to get a seasonally ripe cantaloupe so you don’t need to add very much additional sugar. I did not have any whole ginger so I improvised and used 1Tbs of ginger in a tube. I put it in a tea ball and steeped it in the hot sugar water. It worked beautifully !!
