- 1 1/2 lb. top sirloin steak
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (preferably peanut)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil (dark, optional)
- 4 green onions (cut on a diagonal, 1/2-inch apart, including the greens)
- 2 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
- 3 hot chilis (preferably red serranos, seeded, sliced)
- 1 inch ginger (nob of, peeled, cut lengthwise into matchstick shapes)
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (loosely packed)

Extremely bad, the taste is mostly ginger and the amount of starch is alot for the meat, it made a heavy paste

I’m a newer and slower cooker, but this was really quick and good!! Didn’t have chilies, but it still turned out great!!

Easy and delicious! This recipe is not too hot, if you want heat add more peppers!

The Stir Fry Ginger Beef was very tasty & really easy to make! It’s a keeper! We added broccoli, snap peas, & red peppers to get more veggies in!

Outstanding dish with detailed instructions! I left out the additional peppers. I still thought that it would be too spicy for my 7 year old son, but he cleaned his plate. I’ll definitely make this again.

Taste a different 5. But would recommend all prep work done prior to starting to cook. Well worth the effort, will for sure make again.

we loved this dish, we needed a bit more sauce so i added more the second time i made this. i have to say the recipe calls for too many peppers we used only 2 and it was spicy but good enough to enjoy. we live spicy food but i can't imagine being able to eat it with the 3 that the recipe calls for. we added matchstick carrots and broccoli the second time and it was great. also added onion and more garlic and ginger to enhance the flavor. i recommend to taste as you cook and tweak it how you like. also used chicken instead of beef

was really disappointed in the outcome. i held to the recipe with the exception of adding mushroom. perhaps that sabotaged the taste; but it was way to spicy with the added peppers to eat.

Okay but I dont think it will make it again. Hubby took leftovers for work next day and the spice increased to the point he couldn't eat it. he isnt a big spice fan.

We used 2 green Serrano's, and only 1 tsp of Red pepper flakes to bring the heat down and it tasted great! I'll definitely be making this again.

Great recipe ! May take adding some water and covering to get the beef to be tender. Flavors were on point
