- 3/4 cup crystallized ginger (finely diced)

- 1 lb. Imperial Sugar (Confectioners Powdered Sugar)
- 5 Tbsp. ginger ale
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour (with, until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.)
