  • 9 tablespoons white granulated sugar (plus more if needed)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed, from 2 to 3 lemons, plus more if needed)
  • 1/8 teaspoon yeast (dry champagne)

    This was awesome! Well worth the time and the flavor was exceptional. I would suggest the title of this recipe changed to "ACTUAL REAL GINGER ALE" based on nearly all other ginger ale recipes on here. This is the REAL deal and not flavored carbonated water.
