    THIS IS A VERY HELPFUL TIP TO GET RID OF THE BITTER TASTE OF THIS DISH, THERE'S NO TRACES OF IT WHEN I COOKED IT. I JUST NEED TO ADD OR FIND A MORE TASTEFUL BRAND OF COCONUT TO ACHIEVE A BETTER TASTE, BUT OVER ALL IT WAS AWESOME :)
