- 3 lb. all purpose potatoes (peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks)
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup butter (I Can't Believe It's Not, !® Spread)
- 2 pitted ripe olives ( cut into 1/4-inch slices, for eyes)

Directions
- Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepot; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 15 minutes or until potatoes are very tender; drain.
- Return potatoes to saucepot; mash. Stir in remaining ingredients except olives. On serving platter, pipe or spoon potato mixture into ''ghosts''. Press 2 olive slices onto each ghost for ''eyes''.
