- 10 green chilli
- 1 seeds (large green bell pepper, removed and chopped)
- 8 cloves garlic
- 40 grams ginger (skin removed and chopped)
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 2 tsp. coriander seeds
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 5 spring onions (chopped)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 adobo seasoning
- 1 chicken stock cube
- salt (as required)
