This is great came out perfect I double the recipe because I like have leftovers I fry them up for breakfast and crack an egg on them yummy!

Soooo yummy! Great recipe! Tweaked the seasoning a bit to better compliment our meal, but perfect consistency and texture of spaetzel for my German husband!

Great recipe, very firm spaetzle, not mushy at all, those other ppl obviously don't know how mix the ingredients or cook them. We make these all the time, i do add more salt n pepper. Cooking them in the butter makes this dish even better!😍

the flavor was great. the texture was good. my collander is plastic and did not work to shape the dough. the cheese grater worked but was hot to hold over the pot and messy. i thought the dough was too thin so i added flour and that was a disaster. 2nd batch following rhe recipe went well.

Absolute garbage. Not sure who gave this good reviews but they’ve obviously never had authentic speatzle. The dough was absolute mush! Totally inedible. Went straight from pan to trash 🤮

The spaetzle turned out great! Sautéed them in butter and garlic salt after, it made them tender and perfect.
