    I liked the simplicity of this recipe, though I added German Pilsner and fennel to bring out even more flavor. Didn’t use chicken broth so it could be a vegetarian dish.

    I used chicken broth and water cause that’s what I had and purple cabbage ... really pretty toddler liked. Added spicy sausage for adults

    Very good! Was craving veggies. On a cold cloudy day this was perfect. I added zucchini and Tuscan kales did my prefer spices, it all simmered with a beautiful outcome at the end! 😋 I will be making this again, possibly adding a sausage for another layer.

    I made a few changes because had no Leeks or vegetable broth. So I used 6 cups of water Better Than Bouillon chicken seasoning.. I added I Italian Seasoning & Mrs Dash with a tablespoon of Buffalo Sauce. Easy & quick soup to make.
