outstanding, I added the onions and garlic sauted in butter for more flavor and used the potato starch. Reminded me of the ones I would get in the open markets in Germany. Topped with a mixture of rinsed sauerkraut apples and bacon with a dolop of yogurt.

Super delicious and easy to make! The nutmeg really makes a difference and gives it an elegant taste.
