  • almond extract (for flavour.)
  • 4 Tbsp. yoghurt (plain, optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. milk (or cream, optional)
  • 100 grams poppy seeds (. Use the food processor to ground the poppy seeds or you can use the mortar and pestle.)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup cream of wheat
  • 3 drops vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. icing sugar (or less)
  • 2 egg whites (beat the eggs.)
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins (walnuts or currants, optional.)
  • 2 apples (peel and grate the apples, optional.)
