Amazing!! They’re like a cross between pancakes and french toast. Nice crispy edges and soft dense center. I found it better to heat the container with the butter half way through the preheating of the oven, not from the start, because the butter burns otherwise.

Really good. Delicious, light and crispy texture, and not filling. Thanks for Recipe.
2nd time around, let batter set for approx. one hour at room temp and the result was really great. Very nice rise, light and delicious.

It was a very cool spin on the pancakes I’m used to eating. It had a different texture and I loved it! It was very easy! I would definitely make it again!

Cut the recipe in half as I was cooking for 2 people. Still had a little leftover...

These are so simple. Hard to screw up. Adding in the whole what flour at altitude helps keeps the sides from rising too much.

all I did used half the ingredients because it was just for one person. left the other half for tomorrow's breakfast.

My husband and kids LOVED this! They added whip cream, powered sugar, strawberries and some hershey's chocolate syrup on top.
I thought it had a strong egg flavor, but I only added whip cream, strawberries and a little powered sugar to mine. However, my daugher doesn't like eggs and she wanted seconds!

I dislike French toast texture yet I enjoy the flavor. This recipe gives me a French toast flavor with a great texture. Loved it!

This was delicious!! I served it with powdered sugar, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, & whipped cream❤️
The only thing I will do next time is to use non-stick spray before putting the butter in to melt. It did stick at times without it even in a nonstick pan.

Quick and easy. We had it with strawberries and maple syrup. This would be a great school morning breakfast.
