Very tasty. Reminds me a lot of the pancakes my mom used to make growing up in Germany. Will make a couple of slight adjustments for next time - no vanilla, reduce to one Tbsp of sugar to make the batter more savory (my husband prefers a savory filling) and add a Tbsp of melted butter to the batter to make it a little less dry - otherwise great recipe. Much easier batter to make and work with than the French crepe recipe I have been using - will definitely be our new go-to.
