Great! I love these and this the best recipe I’ve found. I used just a little drizzle of real maple syrup.

This recipe came out exactly as the author shows here in the picture; and it tasted amazing. This one is definitely a keeper!

Turned out really good. I added a capful of vanilla and sprinkled a little cinnamon and nutmeg to the batter. Will make again!

I added some candied orange zest and elected to bake the mixture into muffin tins to make individual pancakes. I didn't have fresh fruit on hand, so I served it with blackberry jam. Came out excellently, next time, I will try adding vanilla or only filling the muffin tins halfway.
