I made this with veggie bacon, plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, and two regular pie crusts instead of the one dough pictured, and it turned out amazing!
I had trouble imagining the flavour beforehand... I forgot how different onions taste once they are caramelized! It was sweet and tangy and delicious.
It took 50 minutes in my oven at the temperature given.
