Turned out delishious! I didn’t use the malt powder and was still nice and fluffy on the inside

These were super easy to make and have great flavor, especially compared to a lot of simple breads. I’m definitely going to make these again, but I’ll try making them with the malt to see how they turn out differently.

This went down a treat with all the family. I replaced the sugar and malt powder with 1tsp honey. The kids didn’t like the flour on top; next time I will leave them plain.
I had to add extra flour to the dough, which was very wet. This might be the Yummly conversion, rather than a problem with the recipe.
