It was delicious. I will definitely make this again. I used red delicious apples for mine, but I can imagine any apples that are in season would be the best to use. I would share a picture, but it was massacred by my family shortly after I made it. I would recommend serving this dish topped with maple syrup and a nice side of vanilla ice cream.

The recipe was easy to follow. I was expecting something closer to a baked pancake, but it came out closer to a mish-mash between a frittata and a panna cotta, texture-wise. Even with the brown sugar topping, it was quite tasteless and overly sweet.
