A bit bland until I added salt. The recipe above calls for greek seasoning, salt, and black pepper, but the "full directions on Kayln's Kitchen" don't mention adding those at any point (unless you're missing Greek seasoning altogether. Otherwise not too bad as a side dish. (Lack of nutrition information for this recipe is annoying, despite the relatively easy calculation).
