I made this on our foreman grill we keep in the camper. The chicken turned out juicy and flavorful! I added a generous amount of salt and pepper to the marinade as well. Definitely watch the cooking time, it’s very easy to overcook on a foreman if you’re used to grilling or frying. The only thing I would do differently is have lemon wedges on the side.
